RESORT VOUCHERS
Vouchers are valid for up until March 31st 2008. Vouchers may not be used for any commercial purposes, including rental or sales and on-selling vouchers to any third party.  All Vouchers must be redeemed by making an accommodation confirmation booking at your chosen resort (Accommodation Booking) and travelling within 6 months from the date of issue. Vouchers are non redeemable for cash but are fully transferable.

The resort voucher ($200 Resort Voucher) is deductible from stays of 5 nights or more. Stays for 3 or 4 nights, a $100 resort voucher will be deducted from the prices and the remaining $100 resort voucher can be used towards another booking of 3 to 4 nights only.

PRICES AND PAYMENT
Payments must be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Diners or AMEX) in AUD. Deposit amount of $200 plus a 2% booking fee is required when making the booking. 30 days prior to arrival balance will automatically transact from the credit card. Voucher prices are in Australian Dollars and include GST, but do not include transport, or any items of a personal nature, meals, transfers, or existing or proposed taxes and government charges, unless otherwise indicated.

RESPONSIBILITY
Great Escape & resortvouchers.com.au will not be liable for any accident, injury, delay, property damage or personal loss to you or those travelling with you in connection with any Voucher, Accommodation Booking, transportation, or other travel services resulting directly or indirectly from any occurrences or conditions beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of terrorism, act of God, defects in vehicles, war, strikes, theft, delay, cancellation, civil disorder, disaster, Government regulations or changes in itinerary or schedule. Whilst care is taken to ensure that the description of property facilities and services is accurate, these are continually being changed, upgraded, and on occasion taken out of service. Great Escape & resortvouchers.com.au relies on information provided by participating properties and is not responsible for the accuracy of this information. If any feature/facility is essential for the passenger in choosing a particular property, it is advisable that the guest checks this with their travel consultant at time of booking. Great Escape & resortvouchers.com.au cannot be held liable for omissions or errors, whether temporary or permanent of a property's facilities and services.
Property room photos viewed at or through www.resortvouchers.com.au (the Website) may not be specific to actual rooms allocated, and such photos are indicative only. Accommodation facilities listed may not apply to all room types.

COMPLAINTS
In the case of any problem or complaint about any Accommodation Booking once the accommodation stay has begun, it is imperative that you inform the property manager immediately in order for the property to endeavour to rectify the situation as quickly and efficiently as possible. If you do not do so, it may hinder the ability of the property to resolve your concerns and to ensure your stay is exactly to your liking. Any complaints should be sent in writing to Great Escape within 14 days of check out.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in and check-out times vary from property to property refer to the relevant property information on the Website or call reservations. If you plan to arrive outside of reception hours, please advise reservations or the resort direct. A late check-out may be arranged at the Resort for a fee and will be subject to availability.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY
The number of guests must not exceed the maximum occupancy level of the room type as shown in the Property information. Children are included in the number of guests.

DEPOSITS AND FINAL PAYMENTS
A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. All bookings will require full payment at least 30 days prior to Check-in Date. Bookings made within 30 days of Check-in Date will require full payment at the time of booking. If for any reason full payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled and to apply the appropriate cancellation charges. A deposit holds services requested but does not guarantee prices.

CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS
Resort Vouchers are non-refundable. All amendments or cancellations need to be advised to Great Escape by phone. Modification of Accommodation Bookings up to 30 days prior to the date the Accommodation Bookings commences (Check-in Date) may incur a fee. Bookings cannot be modified within 30 days of the Check-in Date and there will be no refund for cancelling a booking within 30 days of the Check-in Date or not utilizing the accommodation booked, Bookings cancelled prior to 30 days of the Check-in Date deposit will not be refunded. No refund will be given once a guest has checked into a property.

BONDS
Properties may ask guests to provide a credit card imprint on arrival to cover any miscellaneous or customary charges. Where a credit card is not available, a cash deposit may be required. In addition, if requested, an acceptable form of photographic identification will need to be provided upon check-in. Fees, if any, incurred by the guest for the use of amenities at a property are determined and collected by that resort.

RATES
All rates quoted are correct at time of printing. Rates are subject to availability and are subject to change without notice. Rates quoted are low season; dates outside this may incur surcharges and/or fees and may be excluded. Should a resort reduce their rates either last minute or by a way of sale Great Escape are not obligated but may at its own discretion, to match those rates.
